Even G2 or Rokid Glasses: decide whether you need a camera
Everyday eyewear or a camera for specific moments? First-hand experience with both reveals the key buying decision.

I would choose Even G2 for everyday wear. But that answer does not transfer to someone who wants to take photos. Buying Rokid Glasses taught me to ask why I want something on my face, rather than count its features.
For daily wear, consider the hours when you are not taking photos
What I liked about Even G2 was the routine: read notifications in my field of view, control them with R1, and return the glasses to their case at night. It had neither a camera nor speakers, but that covered what I wanted from eyewear. For this use, the missing camera was not a drawback.
Rokid let me capture everyday moments without the deliberate pose of holding up a phone. On the other hand, I started thinking about charging by evening. Being able to take pictures and being easy to wear all day deserve separate judgments.

Rokid makes sense when you know what you want to capture
If you want to record a task while your hands are occupied or shoot video from near eye level, a camera has a concrete purpose. Rokid photos covered more of the scene than I expected and looked reasonably good to me. That calls for a different evaluation from notification-only use.
Not having to keep holding a phone makes a real difference. Petting an animal, holding a child, or using both hands to cook are moments you can record from close to your own viewpoint. You do not have to free a hand and interrupt what you are doing to hold a camera. Here is my Rokid example: look at the way it lets you film, as well as the image quality.

Before buying, picture wearing them yesterday
How many moments yesterday would you have wanted to capture through glasses? How often did you check notifications? I would consider Rokid for specific examples of the former, or Even G2 to integrate the latter into everyday eyewear. If neither comes to mind, there is no need to rush.
Consideration for the people and places in front of the camera is part of usability. If someone is uncomfortable, take the glasses off even if they are convenient for you. Consider that routine when deciding whether they fit your life.
